Anna is passionate for team and personal development. That is why in her work, she combines coaching tools, team coaching approaches and change management to help teams grow and evolve.

She is specialized in LEGO Serious Play and has a background in marketing and brand communications at the LEGO Group.

Her approach is always creative, interactive and self-reflective.

Anna is a lifelong-learner, a sports enthusiast, a book nerd and loves to discover the world.

Carmen Beltrán Hidalgo

Carmen has more than 25 years of professional experience in a multinational company in the food and beverage industry and in Human Resources Management; with a focus on talent development projects for leaders and their teams.

This solid experience allows her to accompany executives to grow personally and professionally in their leadership, emotional intelligence and soft skills, through training, mentoring and coaching.

She is a Certified Co-active Coach by CTI and Team Coach by CIVSEM (Center for Research in Values) and Mentor of leaders.

Her vocation is to accompany people, teams and organizations to make the transformations they want and need, so that they meet their life goals from trust and balance.

She is also a mother, cooking relaxes her and she reads everything she can get her hands on.
